Rental Terms

  1. Reservation takes effect upon receipt of advance payment.
  2. The daily paid mileage is 500 km. Fuel is not included in the rental price.
  3. The security is 300 EUR (Baltic Sates: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia – 150 EUR).
  4. The tenant must present a passport or ID card and a driving licence. Only a person over 25 years of age who has a “B” category driving license and at least 2 years of driving experience can be a driver.
  5. The rental car is insured against damage, theft and robbery (KASKO) and is covered by a driver’s compulsory third party liability insurance (OCTA). The renter’s liability in case of damage to the car – 300 EUR, in case of theft or total loss of the car – 10% of the value of the car indicated in the rental agreement.
  6. Delivery of the car takes place in the center of Riga (during working hours), within the limits of Kekava and Daugmale (outside working hours). Other location within Riga or Latvia – by prior arrangement and additional payment.
  7. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will not be refund.
  8. Penalty for loss of car documents (including service book) – 100 EUR. Penalty for loss of car keys – 400 EUR. Penalty for smoking in the car – 200 EUR. Penalty for theft or damage of the equipment – 200 EUR. All penalties for administrative and traffic violations committed during the use of the car must be borne by the renter.
  9. The car is delivered with a full fuel tank. For each missing litre of fuel, EUR 2 is calculated when the car is returned.
  10. The car must be returned clean. If the car body wash is required, 15 EUR is charged; interior cleaning – 20 EUR; interior dry cleaning – 80 EUR.
  11. Car use territory – only as indicated in the rental agreement.
